Wow!!....I've only been here a couple of weeks and I'm blown away by the welcome I've received. Everyone has been really friendly and I would just like to thank each and every one of you for the warm welcome and for answering any newbie questions I might have had.
I came on here with the intention of moving away from my pencil work into oils. I still probably will at some stage but because of all the beautiful, inspiring pencil work I have come across here it has renewed in me a new vigor and enthusiasm for pencil again.....so again thank you! I have several ideas in mind for new work so please watch this space as I hope to push myself furth

Your level of detail is just... No spots are sloppy. It looks like you put equal effort in detail into every spot, regardless if it's an eye or just a line in a floor board. The amount of patience you must have, I wish I had it xD.

I see myself as a work i progress. I'm actually trying to tone down the level of detail away from the main focal point, as I can tend to get a bit carried away. Patience is mostly not an issue as I enjoy the process.
